2. Decide how to engrave it

Choose the right engraving service

Our products can be customized with name, text, logo, illustration, photo or any other design.

When placing an order please chose the right engraving service:

NAME / TEXT / LOGO – as provided by customer

CUSTOM WORK / PHOTO – any design that requires extra work (custom requests, reworked logos, portraits, etc. )

-> PLEASE THICK THE RIGHT OPTION

***for best results please provide a good quality photo (bear in mind that the quality of the image will reflect on the finished product as well)

***background will be removed on photo engraving orders – unless requested so

***not all the products are available for photo engraving

3. Customize your product

Live customization or customization on request

When purchasing the product you can chose one of the two alternatives of personalization, via live customization tools or by giving us all the details of how you want your product to look like.

LIVE CUSTOMIZATION – you can create and view your design prior purchasing via CUSTOMIZE button on product details (click on it and you will advance on the product customization platform).
We will complete the order as you design it. For any issues we will contact you by email.

CUSTOMIZATION ON REQUEST – provide all the details on product customization section (please fill all the requested fields)

You will need to mention all the details in terms of design as per:

● size and positioning of design on the product

● name or text, and font option – if it`s the case

● upload design, logo or photo – if it`s the case

● mention if you have any special requests ( rework, background removing, etc.)

We will email you a mock up of the final design and once confirmed we will complete the order as agreed.

4. Purchase is made

The order is placed and ready to be processed

If you are happy with all the terms and the details of customization are completed you are ready to finalize the payment.

*** We provide various ways of payment. Both our website and payment methods are secured.

5. Design confirmation

We will send a mock up of the product for approval

Once the purchase is made and we have all the details we will get in touch with the final design and mock up for confirmation.

Obviously, we will adjust the design if needed.

***The contact will be made via email (please check your spam folder in the coming days)

***If you customized your product via our live customization tools the product will be processed as originally designed. The contact will be made only if there are any issues related with it.

6. Processing

Your awesome product is being engraved

We always aim to process and dispatch our orders on quickest terms as possible.

Once the design is confirmed the order will be dispatched in 1-3 working days.

***For larger orders the processing time can vary – this will be confirmed prior order processing.

7. Your order is being delivered

We will deliver the goods to you or to the loved ones

We aim to deliver our products safe and quick. Once the order is completed we will post it with one of the bellow services:

For anything under 2kg we use Royal Mail 1st class (1-3 working days delivery)

***Royal Mail provides only delivery confirmation for this service

For anything over 2kg we use express courier service (1-3 working days delivery).

***Courier and tracking number will be provided on dispatch day.
