– we always cure our cutting boards after the engraving service; we oil them with food-safe natural oil (tung oil, linseed oil, and beeswax in the end) which will enhance their appearance and prolong their “working life”.

*** Bamboo is a highly renewable resource ( technically, it is a “grass” instead of wood, which is appropriate due to the fact that it’s one of the fastest growing plants on earth.
The Bamboo serving board is made of dense wood, that keeps the water away and offers a great natural antibacterial protection. In addition, due to the resistance to absorbing water, bamboo is less likely to crack and split like regular wood boards.
Bamboo it`s a naturally light wood with fine grain, which makes it a stylish option for your kitchen.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For a long lasting product we recommend the following (*where is the case!!):
– hand wash only & allow to dry (do NOT leave submerged in water, and NEVER place in the dishwasher)
– avoid using harsh cleaning products (as the wood may discolor)
– keep away from areas with high-humidity (as this might cause warping or splitting of wood)
– we recommend to oil up the chopping boards on monthly basis (depending how often you use them, or when it feels dry on touch);
